The Fessmann Turbomat 1900 is a compact, electrically heated cooking and smoking installation for small and medium-sized companies, offering high-performance technology in a minimal space. Its unique Turbomat principle enables optimal and low-loss temperature transfers, ensuring great flavour and quality. The system is designed for one trolley, with a base width of 1260 mm, base depth of 1090 mm, and corpus height of 2200 mm. It features a smoke generator and can be used for cooking, baking, smoking, and cooling.
