Description
Case packers with Cartesian axes engineered and developed to allow the simultaneous vertical filling of one or more regular slotted cases or trays, with products of different types and forms. An extremely compact and versatile machine, engineered with a great focus on accessibility, cleanliness and the ergonomics of components, able to perfectly satisfy all case packing needs. The structure is in painted steel, entirely protected by protections and inspectionable doors fitted with safety sensors. The motorised movement of the picking unit controlled by brushless motors and a highly rigid aluminium structure, guarantees maximum care for the integrity of products and quality of the finished packaging. The entire system can be adjusted for quick format change, aided by calibrated position indicators. A control panel with integrated PLC, allows all machine movements to be managed and controlled from an intuitive HMI interface.
