Monoblock suitable for the distribution of all types of pvc, polylaminate and sparkling wine capsules.
The peculiarity of this model is represented by the combination of two types of processing such as the thermal with the snare drum or sparkling wine on a single turret without the aid of the replacement of parts or heads, maintaining the same accessory groups.
Composed of:
- Automatic dispenser for all types of capsules, complete with detector for checking the presence of the cage or cap in the bottle and device for needle extraction of the capsules
- Gearmotor with inverter
- Universal screw conveyor to handle multiple formats of cylindrical and conical bottles
- Stars and conveyors for a single type of bottle
- PLC for the management of electronic parts
- Machine entry photocell that determines its speed according to the arrival flow of the bottles
- Anti-clogging photocell at the machine outlet
- Frame completely covered in stainless steel
- Electrical panel and safety guards in stainless steel
