The Minerva 40 is an automatic wire hooding machine designed for placing and tying metal cages for sparkling wine bottles. It has a 3,500 cage rack and a gearmotor with an inverter, providing precise control and smooth operation. The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) manages the electronic parts, ensuring accurate and consistent performance.

For added safety and efficiency, the Minerva 40 features a photocell at the machine input to determine speed according to the arrival flow of the bottles, and an anti-clogging photocell at the output area. The machine also includes detectors to control the cap and cage presence, ensuring each bottle is properly capped and caged.
