Print and Apply

M230i-CW

Developed to drive increases in reliability, security and accuracy, the M230i-CW and M230i-CWR is installed next to machinery such as carton erectors, conveyors and other end of line processes. This flexible and robust unit is a Print and Apply solution that handles a variety of label sizes whilst minimising its use of production space. Boasting a unique split pad design, it ensures accurate label placement and high-quality readable print. As an alternative to manual labelling, its goals are repetition, longevity and accuracy.

For total peace of mind, we offer genuine Domino consumables, designed and developed especially for our printers to maximise print quality and significantly reduce unplanned downtime. Agreed scheduled deliveries through Domino’s SafeSupply help you get the genuine consumables you need to keep producing without costly last-minute rushed orders.

M230i-S&SP

The M230i-S & SP models provide a new level of safety to automated front or rear labelling without compromising performance. With an integrated Autostop feature, operator safety is enhanced. In addition,  a compact footprint and flexible design makes the systems adaptable to your specific needs now and far into the future.

In order to be as flexible as possible, two models (the M230i-S and M230i-SP) are available. Factors that determine which model is most appropriate for you are:

• Desired throughput
• Label orientation
• Space availability
• Operator comfort and availability

M230i-T

The M230i-T4 and M230i-T6 are designed to be both flexible and adaptable print and apply solutions. Providing a choice of three standard stroke lengths, eight standard non-stick pad sizes, and left or right hand configuration, both are highly-configurable for the case marking needs of today, as well as potential future legislation.

Domino’s Project Engineering team can provide effective installation and line integration to optimise productivity. This latest generation M-Series comes with a quicker magnetic printhead change for increased uptime, as well as increasedribbon and label roll capacity for improved cost of ownership.
